New method of announcing newly published NJE articles.

2020-07-01

Formerly emailed announcements are now replaced by Facebook and an Atom/RSS feed.

This is the last NJE announcement that will be sent in the current format, please read it if you would like to continue receiving notifications of newly published NJE articles. No action is needed if you do not.

The new system requires a small one-off action on your part, either:

* like or follow us on Facebook    (https://www.facebook.com/NamibianJournalofEnvironment) and receive notifications through Facebook, or

* subscribe to our Atom/RSS feed (links in the sidebar on all pages on this site) and receive updates in your browser, newsfeed reader or by email.

New articles will also continue to be posted on the Announcement page of the web site like before.

Advantages of the new system is that it is open to anybody who is interested, not just those registered on NJE; it requires less effort to receive more informative information; and allows the user to opt in or out at any time according to their own preferences.
